These took a little more work and in the process I developed three other sets of code for generating graphics (see links below). The last curve was my goal: a helix of a helix of a helix. This curve takes Mathematica about 30 minutes to calculate (using my limited programming abilities) and it contains 10,000 points used to connect the dots. I think the second-to-last picture is also interesting since it shows one helix wrapped around another.
