The Band Program:
Our band courses offer wind and percussion players a wide variety of performance levels and experiences. Rehearsals provide the opportunity to build technique and develop the concept of ensemble performance. The Torrey Pines Band Program consists of 3 bands that each serve different levels and styles of playing. All three bands, directed by Amy Willcox, perform at school concerts and compete each year at state and national band festivals.
Enrollment into the Band Program is awarded during an audition process that takes place at the end of each school year.
