Volunteer for Music Boosters
Volunteering with Music Boosters is a fun way to become more involved in your student’s school. Music Boosters needs lots of volunteers to help in various ways throughout the year.
We need volunteers to fill the following positions on our Music Boosters Board for the 2011-2012 school year: Fundraising, PR, and DVD Sales. Please send an email to tphs.music.boosters@gmail.com if you are interested in any of these positions or for more information.
One easy way to get involved is to attend Music Boosters meetings. All parents and students are welcome at meetings. All Music Booster meetings are held in room M1 at 7:00 p.m. Meeting schedule for the 2011-2012 school year is on our News page.
Another way to get involved is to volunteer to help on a one-time basis with any of the following: (sign ups for these volunteer jobs will take place at the Mandatory Parent Meeting on September 14, 2011)
- CONCERTS – Staff entry table at concerts (pass out programs, sell DVD’s, and collect donations).
- RUMMAGE SALE – in April: Many parents and students are needed to help with collection of items, set up, working during the sale, and tear down.
- TRIPS -- Be a trip chaperone.
- FESTIVALS -- Drive a carpool to a local festival.
