Hello Historians!

My goal as a Social Science teacher is to help my students understand the
rights and responsibilities of citizenship and to be able to employ
historical literacy in order to make informed decisions in the future.


U.S. History:  This class is based on the California State Standards for 8th Grade Social Studies.  

  

 

 

Agenda for U.S. History    May 14 – 18        Star Testing Week 2

Mon:  1.  Conclusion of Movie  2.  Warm Up      3. Begin Civil War Stations Activity

Tue: 1. Warm Up   2.  Continue Civil War Stations Activity   3. Hand out Study Guides

Block:  1. Warm Up        2.  Groups complete Civil War Stations activity and present answers to final station. 

3.  Groups work on study guides  H.W.  Civil War Test Next Tuesday.

Fri:  1.  Current Events  2.  Finish and go over Study Guide

Tue:  1. Jeopardy Review Game for Star Test
