CLASS RULES:
1. Arrive to class on time.
2. Treat all class members and visitors with dignity and respect.
3. Never leave the classroom without permission or a pass.
4. You may eat or drink in class as long as it does not prove to be a distraction. Please clean-up after yourself.
5. Please turn off all electronic devices when entering the classroom.
6. Cheating of
any shape or form will not be tolerated. Be prepared to pay the consequences if
you try and are detected.

CLASS POLICIES:
1. Late work
will NOT be accepted unless I determine there are extreme circumstances.
2. Assignments,
quizzes, or exams, missed as the result of an excused absence may be made-up. Do
so in a prompt manner. For
homework, label the assignment and the date it was due and deposit it in the Make-Up
Work wire try and the north side of the room. For quizzes, exams or
activities, see me to arrange a time or alternative assignment.
3. Bring your
textbook and all other necessary "tools" to class each meeting unless
told to do otherwise.
GRADING:
I use a weighted grading system with the following weight or percentage allotted for each of the following categories"
Exams 35%
Quizzes 20%
Semester Final 15%
Projects 15%
Homework/Activities/Participation 15%
Updated grade reports will be posted on line and on the back bulletin board at beginning of each week.
