After finishing my Philosophy BA at UC Santa Cruz and ditching my law school aspirations, I spent many years writing, producing and directing plays in Santa Cruz and San Francisco. One play I co-wrote, toured around the country (before finishing its run in San Diego). Another production won three separate awards. However, I was perhaps most proud of the children's theater I helped run, Northern Castle Theater. In addition, I completed a Masters in English with a focus in Playwrighting at San Francisco State University as well as their Teacher Credential Program. Now, I am proud and honored to help spark creative inspiration in my students. I have been working at CCA since its inception - check out the picture of me teaching in the portable classroom below.
Schedule:
Available in class by 7:30 am and after 3rd Period. Often, I am here after school, too.
