From the ABI homepage click on the Grades tap

At the option "Please Choose a Grades Page", select Gradebook.

If you haven't done anything yet with Aeries Gradebook, then your screen will initially show the following.

Select "Click Here to Add a Gradebook and Get Started and it will lead to the following screen.

Here is what happens next.

The New Gradebook window presents the option to include a Comment about the class. In this example we will not take advantage of the Ctrl + Click for Multiple Sections just yet. Click on the Apply Changes button.
The Aeries Gradebook - Maintanence window now shows that 2 - Graphcom DTP - F is an available target and needs to have students added to it.
From the collection of classes choose one. Note that some of them are classes in the fall, some in the spring and the ones with the y are year-long classes. In this example Graphcom 2 - DTP - F - MTWTF - 2123, is selected. Then click on Next >>
