How do you do extra credit?

The program is prepared to accept a simple arrangement. It does give you a warning when you enter values beyond 100% but it still accepts them and that may be the answer until we come a better one.

How do you excuse grades so that it does not affect a student's grade?

The answer is on page 19 of the green handout that was given to us: From the "Scores by Student" option, it looks like we can type zero in the Score and Max Score fields to excuse a grade. Buena suerte,-Ryan Giusta

When is the Aeires Gradebook training?

Tuesday, September 11 at 2:45 in room 900. Instruction will be presented by Jim Teague and Daniel Salas (the Twin Towers)

Aeries Gradebook. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world where there is Internet access. Limited areas of the grades you keep may be viewed by anyone who advises students, has been granted access and abides by rules of confidentiality. Your gradebook transfers directly to the final grade section and allow you to simple click on a final grade instead of dealing the gradesheets with bubbles to fill in.
