How to score well on the Notebook:
*Left-hand Pages
Every page has to have a descriptive title
Every page should be numbered. (Outside upper corner)
Each page should have a colored, labeled illustration about the current topic.
Each page should be completed correctly.

*Right-hand Pages
Every page has to have a descriptive title.
Every page should be numbered. (Outside upper corner)
Each page should have a date.
Each page should be completed correctly.

* Cornell-style notes
Copy the notes down completely, including title & date.
Write a minimum of 4 questions on the left margin. (The higher the question level, the more critical thinking and higher the score. See Three Levels of Questions for sentence starters.)
Additional questions earn 1 extra point each. Maximum of 8 questions.
Write a 2-3 sentence summary at the bottom for an extra 2 points.
