Some of them may be slightly outdated as far as screen shots and such but they will provide you with some direction and hopefully answer your questions concerning how to accomplish your task. Turnitin.com Instructor Information - takes you to the Turnitin.com website's Instructor Training page where you will find their Instructor Quickstart Guide showing how to set up your user profile. This 5-page PDF file can be printed for easy reference. There's a Flash movie version as well! You may also want to look at their Instructor User Guide but at 66 pages long, it might be wise to peruse the pages first and print only what you need. For a list of Torrey Pines account numbers (listed by department) and a brief explanation of how to "join" as an instructor, click on Short Faculty Instructions. You will also need the Torrey Pines password to complete these instructions. Contact your department chair or Janice Blackwell to get the password.

Turnitin.com Student Information - Direct your students to this link for Turnitin.com's Student Quickstart Guide (Flash movie version) to assist them in setting up their user profiles. There is also a Student User Guide (23 pages long) if they have any further questions.
