Instructor Information - takes you to the
Turnitin.com website's Instructor Training page where you will find their
Instructor Quickstart Guide showing how to set up your user profile. This
5-page PDF file can be printed for easy reference. There's a Flash movie version
as well! You may also want to look at their Instructor User Guide but at
66 pages long, it might be wise to peruse the pages first and print only what
you need. For a list of Torrey Pines account numbers (listed by department) and
a brief explanation of how to "join" as an instructor, click on
Short Faculty Instructions. You will also

movie version) to assist them in setting
up their user profiles. There is also a

Getting
Started in FrontPage 2000 Student Packet - provides basic information
to help students create their own web pages. This packet includes
information about formatting page backgrounds, inserting images, finding
images online, adding animation and page transitions, creating hyperlinks,
working with tables and FrontPage themes.
Getting started in PowerPoint - provides your students (or you) some basic instruction on how to begin creating a PowerPoint presentation. This packet includes information about formatting backgrounds, using themes, inserting images, sounds, movie clips and hyperlinks as well as page transitions and animations.
Importing Rosters Into Grade Machine - After you request your sorted roster files, these instructions will tell you how to import class lists with student ID numbers, phone numbers, grade levels and birthdates.
